简介：
原名JC Le Saoût的Wax Tailor是法国的hip hop制作人，以前也是个rapper。在90年代早期，Wax Tailor在一个名为“La Formule Band”的乐队中身兼数职，分别是说唱手，作曲者，制作人以及乐队的经理。1998年，他创立了一家厂牌“Lab Oratoire”，并且于2004在Lab Oratoire下发行了两张EP，分别是《Lost the Way》和《Que Sera / Where My Heart's At》，2005年发行了自己首张专辑Tales of the Forgotten Melodies》。也许从来没有一个乐队会象这个来自法国的乐队Wax Tailor如此迷恋老电影对白的采样，可能就连当初最精于此道的Portishead都要在Wax Tailor面前俯首称臣。
